Job Title: Marketing Intern - App Design & User Engagement Specialist (Momentum App)
About Us:
PRODIA Technologies is a cutting-edge health technology startup developing the Momentum app, a health optimization platform for BioDesign Men's clients. Our app integrates wearable data (Apple Watch) with blood test results to provide personalized health insights. We are currently in the beta testing phase, and we are looking for a creative and user-focused Marketing Intern to help us maximize user engagement, drive retention, and continuously improve the app based on user feedback.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a Marketing Intern with a strong sense of design, user engagement, and experience in app design (preferably using Xcode). You will work closely with our development and product teams to ensure the app is visually appealing, user-friendly, and optimized for user engagement. You will also play a key role in collecting user feedback during the beta test and turning it into actionable improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
App Design Iteration: Regularly update and enhance the app interface based on user feedback, focusing on aesthetics, usability, and clarity.
User Engagement Optimization: Design and implement in-app notifications, prompts, and visual cues that keep users interested and engaged.
User Feedback Management: Collect user feedback through in-app surveys, user interviews, and other channels. Compile feedback for analysis and improvement.
Content Design: Create visually appealing app screens and marketing materials for user onboarding and engagement.
Market Analysis: Research user preferences and competitor apps to ensure the Momentum app is best-in-class for user experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with developers to implement design improvements and maintain a consistent brand identity.
A/B Testing: Set up and run A/B tests for UI/UX elements to identify high-performing designs.
Required Skills:
App Design Experience: Prior experience designing apps (Xcode experience is a strong plus).
UI/UX Design: Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or other design tools.
User Engagement Strategies: Understanding of how to drive user engagement, retention, and growth in mobile apps.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for gathering and managing user feedback.
Creativity: An eye for aesthetics and a strong sense of design.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret user feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working with health or wellness apps.
Experience designing interfaces for Apple Watch or other wearable-integrated apps.
Basic understanding of mobile app development (Xcode, Swift).
Previous experience in marketing or user engagement.
Minimum Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in app design (portfolio or sample projects required).
Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
