Entry-Level Solar Sales Representative
About the Role:
Bacon Recruiting is hiring on behalf of Trojan Solar, a growing solar provider in the Frisco area. We’re looking for entry-level sales team members to join our Appointment Setting Team. This is a great opportunity for individuals who are looking to build sales experience, work flexible hours, and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
No prior experience is required — full training is provided.
Responsibilities:
- Represent Trojan Solar in your local area
- Speak with homeowners about solar energy and its benefits
- Schedule qualified appointments for our solar consultants
- Attend brief daily team meetings or check-ins

Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work locally in Frisco, TX
