We are always looking for amazing talent who can contribute to our growth and deliver results! Geotab is seeking a Signature Accounts Intern who will assist in the planning and and execution of the premier telematics event of the year. The Signature Accounts Intern will help to coordinate customer centric events.. If you love technology, and are keen to join an industry leader — we would love to hear from you!

 

What you'll do:

As a Signature Accounts Intern your key area of responsibility will be to support customer initiatives like Connected Conversations, The Geotab Connect Conference, and Client Advisory Group activities. This role will interface with customers and their sales partners to organize meaningful customer activities leading up to and through Connect 2025.  You will need to work closely with the Signature team, Salesforce Marketing Cloud team, Events and Marketing teams, as well as communicate with external vendors. 

To be successful in this role you will be a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, and have the ability to quickly understand complex, technical concepts.  A genuine appreciation for customers and their use of the Geotab ecosystem will help you in this role. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong analytical and project management skills with an ability to identify needs, develop effective solutions, and manage projects through completion. The successful candidate will also be able to manage multiple timelines and contrasting priorities to ensure timely results.

 

The opportunity:

  • 8 month work-term beginning September 2025.
  • Full-time, paid internship: Monday - Friday, 37.5hrs/week.

How you'll make an impact:

  • Event Planning and Coordination
  • Assist in the end-to-end planning process for customer-centric events, including session development, room configuration, and logistics.
  • Support the creation and adherence to event timelines and checklists to ensure all tasks are completed on schedule.
  • Marketing and Communication Support: Aid in development and distribution of marketing materials and communications to promote events to Signature customers.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling event descriptions, invitations, and promotional content across various channels.
  • Customer Engagement and Experience: Contribute to designing engaging and interactive activities that align with the event's customer-centric focus.
  • Facilitate on-site customer interactions to gather feedback and ensure a positive event experience.
  • Data Management and Reporting: Assist in managing event registration databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness of customer information.
  • Contribute to post-event reports that analyze performance and provide insights for future event improvements.
  • Team Collaboration and Support: Provide administrative and logistical support to the team before, during, and after events.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to take on various tasks as needed to contribute to the team's success.
