HR Coordinator

Location: Mesa, AZ

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary: Starting at $60,000/year

 

Position Summary:

The HR Coordinator will assist in daily HR operations with a focus on recruiting and supporting employee relations. This role is ideal for a recent HR graduate or a professional with 1–3 years of HR experience who is ready to grow in a hands-on, fast-paced environment.


 

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Support full-cycle recruiting: job postings, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding
  • Manage and maintain employee records and HRIS systems
  • Assist with benefits administration and new hire orientations
  • Respond to employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and assist with HR projects
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local HR regulations
     

Qualifications:
 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of HR experience preferred; internships or co-op experience considered
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS a plus
