As we expand, we’re looking for a Human Resources Manager who shares our passion for people, culture, and growth in a work from home role.
What You’ll Do
As our Human Resources Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping the employee experience across our portfolio. You’ll be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that attract, retain, and develop top talent. This is a high-impact role that supports both our corporate and on-site teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle HR functions including recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
- Partner with leadership to create and maintain a positive workplace culture.
- Support benefits administration and help team members maximize available resources.
- Manage employee lifecycle processes and ensure HR best practices are followed.
- Act as a trusted advisor for staff and managers, offering guidance and support.
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in property management or a real estate related field. Please do not apply with less than 3 years of experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive problem-solver with a high level of integrity and empathy.
- HR certification (PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) is a plus.
- Preferred location in southeast US as some travel may be required.
