Hours: Monday–Friday, 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM (In studio) Other times Flexible and Hybrid
About The Brunch Bunch:
The Brunch Bunch is a high-energy, inspirational radio show hosted by Marseil “Action” Jackson airing weekdays from 12–1 PM on Inspiration 1390AM. Focused on faith, culture, business, and community, the show brings together powerful conversations, local changemakers, and uplifting music to empower and entertain our audience. We’re looking for a passionate and reliable intern to join our team as a Production Assistant and be a part of something meaningful and motivating.
Position Summary:
The Production Assistant Intern will support the day-to-day production of The Brunch Bunch—from researching topics and prepping guests to managing behind-the-scenes logistics and capturing content for digital use. This is a great opportunity for a student or recent graduate interested in radio, media, communications, or entertainment who wants hands-on experience and access to a network of changemakers.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with pre-show preparation, including research, outlines, and guest coordination
Help with live or recorded show logistics and studio support
Capture behind-the-scenes footage and help draft social media content
Edit audio clips or pull quotes for post-show highlights
Maintain guest calendar and track show topics, episodes, and follow-ups
Brainstorm new segment ideas, community features, and creative partnerships
Ideal Candidate:
Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a media, communications, journalism, or similar program
Passionate about radio, media, entrepreneurship, and faith-based community work
Strong writing and organizational skills
Comfortable using Google Workspace, Canva, or basic editing tools
Professional, punctual, and a team player
Available during show hours
