Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and bilingual (Spanish-English) TikTok Talent Manager Intern to join our remote team. This role involves managing and expanding our network of TikTok Shop creators, assisting them in content strategy, and optimizing their performance to drive sales. This internship offers the potential to transition into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

 1. Onboarding & Talent Identification:

  - Collaborate with the greater Viral Vision team to pitch and sign new TikTok Shop creators to work for specific branded projects. 

  - Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new creators.

  - Provide guidance and support during their integration into our platform and community.

 2. Content Strategy & Script Distribution:

  - Work closely with creators to develop tailored content strategies aligned with brand goals and TikTok trends.

  - Assist creators in planning and producing engaging content that drives conversions and sales.

  - Regularly assess content performance to identify improvement areas and new opportunities.

3. Performance Monitoring & Optimization:

  - Track and analyze key performance metrics, including Gross Merchandise Value (GMV), engagement rates, and conversion rates.

  - Utilize data-driven insights to optimize content and sales strategies.

  - Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to creators for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- Fluent in Spanish and proficient in English.

- Strong passion for TikTok, with a keen understanding of trends and content strategies.

- Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with creators and influencers.

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

- Deep interest in social media, the creator economy, and e-commerce.

Internship Details

- Duration: 8 weeks

- Hours: 15–20 hours per week

- Compensation: $20 per hour, with potential sales-based bonuses

- Training: Receive over 10 hours of training from the Viral Vision team

- Location: Fully remote

- Work Authorization: Work authorization not required; sponsorship available for exceptional candidates.
