About the Role:
• The Creative Content Assistant (CCA) provides graphic design, administrative, and marketing project support on initiatives and projects associated to the Director of Human Resources and the Director of Client Relations.
• The CCA will assist with the creation of various visual content for use in social media, print and digital platforms under the Gross Polowy brand. 
• Tasks may include preparing files, creating basic designs, and ensuring brand consistency while learning from more experienced designers.

Duties:
Design:
• Maintain brand consistency across all projects
• Utilize GP approved branded typography and colors effectively to enhance communication and visual appeal
• Designs marketing collateral for events, to include advertisements, invitations, newsletters, Instagram posts, stories, reels
• Prepare aesthetically pleasing artwork for print and digital publication while maintaining functionality across different platforms
• Assists with content template maintenance, designs and creation
• Develop and produce original graphics, illustrations, and layouts for digital and print material

Administrative:
• Provide support with production of training materials and marketing document standardizations
• Assists Human Resources with internal projects
• Maintain accurate, updated Attorney BIOs and Headshots
• Assist with monitoring engagement on content posted to GP Web, Social Media and LinkedIn
• Provides support for all other marketing initiatives and projects as needed, e.g. swag research, client holiday programs, etc.
• Attend the virtual annual CANVA CREATE conference; summarize findings and application of any relevant updates to Canva

Knowledge, Skills + Abilities:
• Proficient knowledge of all functions and abilities of the Canva platform. Able to identify best use and share best practices with GP teams working in Canva, when necessary. 
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) preferred but not required
• Strong understanding of typography, layout design, and visual design principles. 
• Computer Skills: knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, One Note, Outlook and Teams, as well as the ZOOM meeting platform
• Effective understanding of computer & keyboarding skills, knowledge of file formats, file types (for use on multi-platform) 
• Time Management: ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Organizational: meticulous attention to detail, able to index, label, sort, find digital files for year over year production 
• Comprehensive: ability to apply logic and reason with problem-solving skills
• Communication: ability to work collaboratively within a team environment using articulate verbal and proficient writing skills
• Character: is self-motivated, accountable and proactive 
• Teamwork: ability to work in a team/peer environment to meet changing priorities and deadlines, as needed

Experience + Education:
• 1-2 years’ experience 
• Social Media Marketing experience

Compensation Range:   $20 - $25/hour
*Base pay offered will vary by candidate and is based on various individual factors including but not limited to: market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits).
