Marketing Intern

LONGi Solar is looking for a passionate and motivated Marketing & Design Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing and graphic design within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. The intern will support various marketing initiatives including the development of visual content, assistance in planning promotional events, and research on industry trends. 

Job Description

• Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as social media graphics, presentations, and promotional assets using Canva.
• Support the team in coordinating logistics and preparation for trade shows and exhibitions.
• Collaborate with marketing team members to ensure brand consistency across campaigns and communications.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing strategies and content.
• Conduct basic market research to support campaign planning and competitor analysis.
• Help maintain marketing databases, project trackers, and content libraries.
• Assist in tracking marketing campaign performance and compiling reports.
• Provide general administrative and creative support to the marketing department as needed. 

Job Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
• Basic understanding of marketing principles and social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good time management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work in a team environment.
• Availability to work part-time or full-time for 3 months. We can accommodate your work schedule with your schoolwork as needed. 
• Interest in the Solar/Renewable Energy industry is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus but not required.
