Project Manager Intern

Position Title: Project Manager Intern 
Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid or Remote Options Available)

At Queue, we’re a tight-knit team of strategists, creatives, and marketers working with leading brands in food, agriculture, and B2B services. This summer, we’re opening our doors to a highly organized and driven go-getter who’s eager to learn how agency work gets done behind the scenes—from video coordination to digital asset archiving.

Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Summer Project Manager Intern to help manage telling our agency’s story across social media and our company blog. If you’re curious about how marketing projects come to life and have a knack for scheduling, resource management, process documentation, and team collaboration, we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the development of weekly content for the agency’s LinkedIn, Instagram, and blog channels
  • Coordinate meetings, timelines, and deliverables between creative and production teams
  • Support internal file organization and asset archiving, including video footage, creative files, and project documentation
  • Research trends in marketing, design, and social media for fresh content ideas

Qualifications:

  • Enrolled in a college/university program (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with project management tools or digital asset management is a plus
  • Interest in creative production, marketing operations, or digital media workflows
  • Reliable, proactive, and willing to jump in and support where needed
  • Comfortable working independently and within teams

Schedule & Compensation:

  • Pay: $25 per hour
  • Period: 12-week program 
  • Start Date: June (flexible start)
  • Ending Date: Aug 22nd
  • Schedule: 8 hours a day – 3-days a week (Days TBD)
