Full-Stack Developer (Hybrid – South Florida)

 

About the Role:

Ultra Music Festival is hiring a full-stack developer to help build and support the digital platforms behind our global festivals and media experiences. You’ll collaborate directly with our Director of Technology to deliver high-impact features, support key integrations, and contribute across internal and public-facing systems.

 

This is a full-time hybrid position based in South Florida. Candidates must be able to commute to Downtown Miami 2–3 days per week.

 

What You’ll Work On:

  • Build and extend custom WordPress themes and plugins
  • Develop backend services and APIs using PHP
  • Create user interfaces using React and TypeScript
  • Integrate with marketing, analytics, and ecommerce platforms
  • Improve performance, security, and developer tooling

 

Technologies You’ll Use:

  • Web: PHP, WordPress, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Reporting & Tooling: Python, SQL, internal dashboards, automation tools
  • Infrastructure: Git, GitHub, AWS, Cloudflare, CI/CD

 

You’re a Fit If You:

  • Have experience building full-stack features using PHP and JavaScript
  • Are confident working with WordPress in a custom development environment
  • Communicate clearly and deliver consistently
  • Are based in South Florida and value in-person collaboration

 

Bonus Skills:

  • Experience with AI tools or automation workflows
  • Familiarity with crypto/web3 integrations or platforms
