TikTok Marketing Intern

Overview
We are Paya Health, an innovative skincare supplement company. We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic summer intern, ideally either still in college or a recent graduate to join our team. We are growing our presence on TikTok and looking for someone who already knows their way around TikTok Ads Manager. This is not a content creation role (unless you want it to be), we are looking for someone who can run and optimize paid campaigns, track performance, and help us scale efficiently.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to lead our TikTok Campaigns and Ads division, with a large amount of creative control.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, adaptable, and ready to take on challenges that will enhance their skills and knowledge in the digital marketing and social media spaces.

Duties

• Create and manage TikTok One campaigns
• Track growth and performance of campaigns
• Manage TikTok Ads account
• Brainstorm content creation ideas (optional content creation)
• Conduct research on current TikTok trends and TikTok Shop marketing ideas

Experience

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in TikTok, TikTok Campaigns, TikTok One, TikTok Shop, TikTok Ads Manager and up to date with current social media trends
• Basic understanding of the skincare industry and competitors is a plus

This internship is designed for individuals looking to expand their social media management experience, specifically working with TikTok. Please note we are offering a commission rate.
