ServiceNow UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a talented ServiceNow UI/UX Designer who brings hands-on experience and creativity to shape exceptional user experiences within the ServiceNow ecosystem. This is a fully remote opportunity to work on high-impact projects with a design-first mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Ul and Visual Design efforts across 8-10 ServiceNow-specific projects (only ServiceNow experience will be considered).

Conduct user research and usability testing to establish user-centered design principles that enhance overall experience.

Understand the roles of various stakeholders and design intuitive, role-specific interfaces that support business processes.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.

Design with a strong understanding of key ServiceNow components like EC Pro, Virtual Agent, Al Search, Mobile Access, etc.

Requirements:

Proven experience designing UI/UX exclusively for ServiceNow projects

Expertise in Figma and Adobe XD

Strong understanding of ServiceNow ecosystem components and UX flows

Ability to translate complex workflows into simple, elegant design solutions
