 Your Role & Impact

As our founding Full-Stack Engineer (or Product Lead, UX/UI Designer, etc.), you will:

1. Build Core Infrastructure

• Migrate us off localStorage to a scalable backend (Realtime DB, Cloudinary uploads)

• Implement secure, password-less authentication & persistent user profiles

2. Shape the User Experience

• Refine our high-luxury aesthetic across web & mobile

• Lead feature design for Custom Closets, Ambassador Dashboard, and Brand Portals

3. Drive Growth

• Integrate analytics & A/B testing to optimize quiz-to-signup conversion

• Architect affiliate & referral flows that turn every ambassador share into revenue

Your work will directly grow our metrics—quiz completions, active users, brand engagements—which in turn determine our valuation at exit.

Equity & Rewards

• Equity Stake: 1.0 – 2.5% of the company, vesting over 4 years with a 1-year cliff.

• Cash Stipend: $200/mo (covering basic living costs) while you build.

• Performance Bonuses: Accelerated vesting milestones tied to:

• 50k quiz completions

• 10 paying brand partnerships

• $100k ARR
