
Soccer Shots Coaching and Leadership Internship (No Soccer Experience Required)

This internship can be tailored to any major, graduate program or professional degree! Education, marketing, business, management, exercise/sports science and more!
You will learn how a business in youth sports markets products, manages programs and coordinates various aspects of day-to-day business operations.
We can work with your academic advisor and career services department to ensure you are getting the most out of this internship experience.
We will help you meet your graduation requirements and prepare you for your future career, whether or not it is related to youth sports!
Must have your own transportation!
Our FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE gives you the power to choose when you work: Under 20 hours per week
We will customize your schedule based upon our needs and on your location & availability.
We work with students on crafting a schedule that prioritizes their classes and school workload.
6-9 week seasons that meet once a week, 4-seasons a year! (Summer is 6 weeks early June through Mid-July)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Leadership/Management
Help with the overall scheduled Soccer Shots season.
Learn all the back-end systems of the business that the customers do not see.
Coordinate the distribution of seasonal products and materials
Coaching
Attend 100% of assigned coaching sessions for an entire season. Typically 6-9 weeks.
Have a passion for positively impacting children’s lives (no soccer experience is required!)
Follow an expert-approved curriculum weekly, updating attendance online, and provide an overall positive experience to participating children and their families
Complete day-to-day operation tasks under the supervision of the Leadership Team. Tasks can include but are not limited to communicating with schools and parents, creating digital marketing materials, helping plan team outings/events, and analyzing data related to overall company growth and success.
