
Partner Enablement Program Manager
Infoblox is seeking a motivated and organized Partner Enablement Program Manager Intern to join our dynamic Partner Sales Enablement team. In this remote role, the ideal intern will assist in designing and the implementation of training programs for our partner community aligned to and in support of our global partner program, including content development, logistics coordination, communication with key stakeholders, among others. This role will also serve as a liaison to cross – functional teams like Partner and Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Professional Services and more. You will have responsibility to maintain and update partner content, training and tools as needed.
You’re the ideal candidate if you’re passionate about sales processes, eager to learn about program management, and channel go-to-market strategy. You’re interested in facilitating effective sales, pre-sales and professional services training and support.
What You’ll Do:
- Program Design and Implementation: Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive partner training programs. Contribute to the creation of training materials and coordinate the logistics of training sessions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between the sales enablement team and other departments, including Partner Marketing, Product Marketing, and others as determined, to ensure alignment and coherence in sales, pre-sales and Professional Services strategies and training initiatives.
- Logistics Management: Manage logistics and content for partner “play” availability, including scheduling, preparation of materials, and technical setup. Support the creation and regular updates of partner sales playbooks and other supporting materials that enhance partner effectiveness.
- Partner Handbook: Support the evolution from editing to revamping and communicating the availability of a handbook that will help partners and internal stakeholders with understanding the enablement options by persona and how it impacts/aligns to the partner program.
- Sales Enablement Tools: Assist in the management of the partner enablement and content platforms, ensuring that all tools and content are up-to-date, relevant, and accessible to the partner and Channel sales teams.
- Content Management: Help maintain the organization and freshness of content within the partner enablement tools and platforms, ensuring they meet the needs of the channel team.
What You’ll Bring:
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Experience doing different forms of analysis whether it be data analysis, competitive analysis, etc.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple functions and teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with or exposure to Tableau and/or Highspot is a plus
- A keen interest in sales processes and the Channel’s route to market, a quick learner with a proactive mindset and desire to learn.
Education:
- Junior, Senior or 2024 graduate pursuing a bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
While we may work remotely, collaboration and teamwork is built into all we do. This is a paid, full-time 40-hours per week internship that could lead to a permanent full-time position post-graduation.
