Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented, part-time Graphic Designer to join our creative team. You will help bring The Ode's vision to life across apparel designs, digital content, and marketing materials. The ideal candidate has a strong sense of aesthetic, understands both fashion and community-driven brands, and is passionate about creating graphics that feel timeless, uplifting, and authentic.

Key Responsibilities:

Design original graphics for apparel (e.g., monogram placements, sweatshirt/hoodie prints, accessory embellishments)

Create digital assets for web, email campaigns, and social media

Develop branded visual content that aligns with The Ode’s voice and lifestyle vision

Assist with packaging design, event branding, and other creative projects as needed

Collaborate with the marketing and merchandising teams to ensure consistency across all platforms

Stay updated on trends in activewear, streetwear, and community-driven branding

Qualifications:

1+ years of graphic design experience (experience in apparel/fashion industry a plus)

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

Strong typography, layout, and color skills

Experience creating designs for print and digital media

Understanding of brand identity and how to maintain a cohesive visual voice

Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to meet deadlines independently

Passion for fitness, community, and lifestyle branding is a huge plus!

Bonus Points If You:

Have experience designing for monogramming/customization

Are familiar with apparel production processes

Love blending creativity with storytelling

Have photography or video editing skills (optional, but a plus)

Hours and Compensation:

Part-time (10–20 hours/week, flexible schedule)
