- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, processing transactions accurately.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by stocking merchandise and ensuring products are well-displayed.
- Assist in supervising junior staff members, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Apply retail math skills to manage inventory levels, track sales trends, and assist in stock management.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and enhance overall sales performance.
Experience
- Previous experience in customer service or retail sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Familiarity with POS systems is advantageous; training will be provided for candidates without prior experience.
- Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and managing inventory accurately.
- A background in supervising or leading teams is a plus but not required.
