Northern Medical’s Research Center has developed a revolutionary integrative medical approach, and is preparing to train in it and certify medical professionals around the world.
We are developing an online Global Beauty Hub with news and publications about our innovative technique that will help people globally to connect with our certified medical professionals, take our online courses, purchase supporting products, communicate, and more.
Job:
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to establish Northern’s new media Hub as the World’s Destination for Beauty, Health & Happiness through well-thought-out campaigns.
You will be in charge of developing the Hub go-to-market strategy and marketing campaigns. You will be monitoring, measuring, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives to reach the Hub’s target KPIs and overall brand goals. You will also be reporting to the higher management on a daily basis.

This is a full-time on-site position at our facility in Middletown, NY - please ensure you'll be able to regularly commute to/from work Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to help inform go-to-market strategy.
Design and execute our go-to-market strategy across all target audiences.
Manage content creation across all categories – Hub, social media, four GanJingWorld video channels, influencer content, case studies, etc.
Research, evaluate, and build business cases around new marketing opportunities.
Create a well segmented customer data platform (architect an optimum integration of email, CRM, analytics & other solutions with the Hub), and activate various marketing activities based on user engagement with the Hub.
Use Hub customer behavior data to optimize email campaigns effectiveness.
Work closely with the Hub project stakeholders to measure and optimize user journeys as it relates to the website features.
Analyze large amounts of data to obtain actionable information that you’ll use for optimizing our marketing strategies.
Measure, analyze, and report on ROI across marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or Business.
6+ years marketing experience with emphasis on digital marketing.
Go-to-market experience in media projects.
Experience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the results.
Strong project management skills, ability to manage projects from conception through completion.
Analytical skills, must be able to derive useful data from extensive studies.
