Podcast PR Intern

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and update media lists for podcast launches and campaign outreach
  • Draft press releases, pitch emails, guest bios, and podcast one-sheets
  • Research press and brand partnership opportunities for ongoing shows and upcoming drops
  • Track podcast chart placements, press hits, and earned media
  • Assist with guest prep materials including bios, angles, and suggested questions
  • Support the development of episode descriptions, social captions, and promotional language
  • Monitor pop culture and podcast industry news for relevant tie-ins
  • Communicate directly with the CEO and participate in weekly check-ins
