Marketing Intern/Co-op Summer 2025 - req# 2203

This position provides a unique opportunity for hands-on training in marketing and communications for the AE industry. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to work well with a team and independently. Our marketing and communications team will teach the student co-op how we develop content and graphics, create proposals, publish and manage PR and social media and internal communications.

Job Functions: (may include but are not limited to)

Learn and implement the basic technical and interpersonal skills needed to support marketing and communications effort in the AE Industry.
Assist the marketing and communications team in the process of organizing, managing, and updating marketing collateral such as photography and video files, pdf files, narratives, resumes, presentations, and branding materials,
May assist in the data collection and verification for new collateral development, organizing and managing industry events, videography and film editing, and
Work in conjunction with graphic designers and marketing managers to help develop all aspects of an AE proposal, Press Release, Social Media Campaign, or Project Award Submittals.
Requirements:

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or similar,
Strong interest in AE Industry
Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) experience preferred,
Strong interpersonal and communication skills,
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel,
Ability to work both independently and with a team,
Ability to work full time in the Prospect office throughout the summer term
