Customer Experience Manager
The Customer Experience Manager is responsible for the health and safety of employees and visitors, while providing an exceptional customer experience. This individual is accountable for the day-to-day operation of the site, ensuring maximum sales and profitability through attractions, merchandise, staff management, inventory control, operating costs, and overall facility safety. $17 per hour. Weekends required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)
- Provide outstanding customer service, solve any issues that may arise
- Coach staff as needed
- Coordinate training of employees
- Provide positive leadership and motivation
- Enforce all policies and procedures, and oversee discipline procedures fairly and consistently

Additional Eligibility Qualifications:
- 1 year management experience required
- 1 year customer service experience required
- Minimum of 21 years old
- Weekend and night availability required
- Bartending experience preferred
