Field Marketing Representative (part-time)

What you’ll do: 

As a BeneFIT Brands/ProSupps Demo Rep you will be the face of the brand at various field events, including key strategic partner events, opportunistic samplings, and retail engagements. In this role, you will largely be responsible for the sampling efforts of the Field Sales & Marketing team. 

Please note: This is a reoccurring position that will be used as needed for events or retail demos in your location or region. 

Retail Engagements: 

● Perform in-store demos to support various product lines and in coordination with current demo guidelines. 

● Create a unique customer experience to increase brand awareness and build customer loyalty, and drive in-store sales. 

● Represent all ProSupps products with a strong understanding of nutrition and key functions and benefits of ingredients. 

● Maintain relationships with existing sales accounts through POS placement and store 

merchandising and other retail activations. 

Marketing Events: 

● Support marketing events relevant to the brand and to the region. 

● Participate in strategic execution of sampling initiatives 

● Build & Maintain Relationships with store management and other personnel 

● Amplify ProSupps initiatives through personal network and social media support. 

● Engage and educate consumers through sampling 

Required Experience: 

● A background in customer service, marketing, sales or promotions. 

● An energetic and entrepreneurial spirit. 

● Understanding of what it takes to execute a successful event.

● Located in the Grapevine, Texas area (or nearby vicinity)

You have… 

● 1 year of relevant experience in events, promotions, media or consumer products marketing. 

● The ability and willingness to transport company supplies in personal vehicles when needed. 

● The ability to positively engage the public, representing the brand in a highly positive manner. 

● An understanding of both marketing & sales fundamentals. 

● A deep-rooted understanding of the relevant marketing and surrounding area. 

● Ability to work collaboratively. 

● Access to a personal smartphone for photo capturing, and social media posts. 

● The ability to lift heavy items including tents, tables, and boxes up to 35 lbs. 

● The ability to be in contact with and handle food/beverage products. 

Bonus: 

● A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
