Facebook Intern: Take the Lead for a Startup Entering Major National Accounts
Facebook Is Your Thing? Let’s Go.
What if your next post brought the right people to a brand that’s actually doing good in the world?
TA-DA! Language Productions is looking for a strategic, creative, and self-driven Facebook Intern to take ownership of our Facebook presence and help us connect with the people who need us most: educators, parents, speech therapists, and nonprofit leaders who care about helping kids grow up kinder, wiser, and more connected to the world.
We’re a woman-founded, award-winning startup that makes screen-free talking books that bring languages and cultures to life for kids ages 0–8.
Our products are in Nordstrom, headed to Sharper Image, and used in classrooms and clinics across the U.S. We’ve just been named a finalist for Educational Toy of the Year and are scaling fast with both specialty retail and national education reps.
We’ve got a mission. A voice. A ton of rich content.
What we need is you to help us bring it to life on Facebook.
🚀 Why This Internship Is Different
• This is not a “just schedule posts” kind of role.
• You’ll help grow our audience and community on a platform that matters deeply to educators and families.
• You’ll use content we already have (photos, classroom footage, founder blogs, music clips) to create beautiful, thoughtful posts.
• You’ll support preorder campaigns, teacher outreach, Freebie Fridays, and more.
• You’ll work directly with our founder and have real ownership of a platform that reaches people who share our values.
We’re not fluff. We’re not corporate. We’re scrappy, serious, and joyful. If that sounds like you—read on.
🌟 What You’ll Get
• A portfolio that shows real growth and community engagement
• A chance to lead a channel that connects with real families, schools, and change-makers
• Direct mentorship from the founder (with check-ins every 1–2 days)
• A flexible remote role (roughly 1 hour/day or 7–10 hours/week)
• Academic credit (if needed)
• Possibility of a paid role after 60 days
• Real impact, real mentorship, and a founder who will have your back for life if you bring your all
💡 What You’ll Do
• Post regularly on Facebook with purpose and consistency
• Build engagement through storytelling, polls, reposts, and community spotlights
• Support product launches, blog sharing, and preorder visibility
• Turn our Freebie Fridays into Facebook wins
• Share classroom testimonials and parent stories with care and style
• Create and test visual content with tools like Canva or Adobe
• Work alongside other interns (if applicable) to build a multi-platform story
✅ Requirements
• You care about how content makes people feel, not just how it performs
• You know what makes a Facebook post actually land (and you’re not afraid to try things)
• You’re thoughtful, creative, strategic—and maybe a little obsessed with good storytelling
• You’re familiar with Canva, scheduling tools, or other creator platforms
• You’re consistent, reliable, and fun to work with
• Bonus if you love language, music, education, or social good; if you’ve ever worked with, supported, or studied early childhood, education, therapy, or parenting content
Our audience on Facebook cares about inclusion, early learning, play-based methods, and real tools that help real classrooms — and you’ll help us show up in ways that feel genuine, helpful, and inspiring. This is a platform where we don’t shout — we show up. You’ll help us engage with teachers, support families, and grow a movement rooted in empathy, education, and joy.
🗓 Logistics
• Minimum 60-day unpaid internship (may grow into paid PT/FT role)
• Remote, flexible hours (you just need to be present, responsive, and follow through)
• 1:1 founder mentorship and support
• Daily or near-daily posting expected (about 1 hour/day)
• Academic credit available
💸 Why This Role Is Currently Unpaid
We’re a mission-driven, woman-founded startup in early growth stage. Right now, every dollar we raise goes straight into building better products and reaching the schools and families we serve. That means we don’t have big budgets for marketing or paid roles—yet.
But we’re building toward it—and fast.
This internship is:
A real leadership opportunity to own a platform and grow a brand from the inside
A chance to create measurable results that go on your résumé and portfolio
Not busywork — this is strategic, creative, and fully supported by the founder
A role that can turn into paid part-time or full-time work after the initial 60 days, as we prepare to raise additional funds
We know your time is valuable. We take this seriously. And we hope you do too.
We’re ready to start ASAP – you?
📬 How to Apply

• A short paragraph on why this role excites you
• Examples of Facebook content you’ve created (or anything similar)
• Your resume or LinkedIn
• (Optional) A Loom or voice memo sharing your favorite brand on Facebook and why
Check out what we do at www.tadalanguages.com and on Facebook @tadalanguages (Currently simply automatically posting on Facebook from our Insta feed with sadly ZERO engagement (no time!). Our Facebook needs YOU to bring it to life!)
This is your chance to shine - and grow something FAST that people will talk about our lifetimes.
