Want to own and grow the Instagram presence of a rising brand already in Nordstrom, the specialty toy market, and schools across the country?
TA-DA! Language Productions is looking for a passionate, creative, and hardworking Instagram Intern to take full ownership of our Instagram. This is not a fluff internship—you’ll be leading content strategy, testing, growth, and engagement for a brand gaining national buzz and industry awards.
We create award-winning, screen-free talking books that teach kids language, music, and culture. We’re backed by advisors from Disney, HOMER/codeSpark, and Melissa Bernstein (Melissa & Doug). Our music is directed by a 19-time Grammy-winning producer, and it's about to be announced we've just been named a finalist for Educational Toy of the Year.
You’ll work directly with our founder and have access to an incredible vault of content: professional brand photography, classroom videos, testimonials, preorder campaign footage, and a custom brand sound logo crafted by one of the most respected names in music production.

We’ve just onboarded with Nordstrom and are about to go live on Sharper Image, with a possible Q4 catalog placement reaching 23 million households. We’ve signed on with both national specialty toy and national education reps, and our founder (a solo woman/mama founder) is leading the day-to-day alongside an award-winning creative team.
But we need you to help us get over the hump.
We’re not offering coffee runs or busywork. This is real, no-nonsense brand building. Your daily Instagram post can fuel preorder campaigns, raise awareness, and connect with families and educators worldwide. You’ll support storytelling, help boost visibility, and get credit for every part of it.

💡 What You’ll Do
• Post daily or near-daily on Instagram
• Shape and evolve our visual voice and story
• Test what works: Reels, carousels, polls, Q&As, behind-the-scenes, preorder countdowns
• Repurpose founder blogs + brand storytelling into social bites
• Help grow our community and connect product to purpose
• Collaborate briefly with the founder every 1–2 days (or more if helpful)—you’ll have support, not micromanagement
• Be part of something joyful, important, and genuinely mission-driven
✅ Requirements
• Live and breathe Instagram, LOVE Instagram and know its features inside and out
•
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar tools
• Eye for design and ability to edit short videos
• Self-motivated, creative, consistent, and excited to lead something real
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Team player, open to different ways of working; kind
• Bonus: interest in language learning, music, or education spaces
🗓 Logistics
• Minimum 60-day unpaid internship (can extend or lead to paid internship, PT or FT role)
• Flexible hours, remote — just be serious, communicative, and ready to contribute daily
• Founder is available for strategy check-ins every 2–3 days or quick daily touchpoints if helpful
• No micromanaging — this is your space to grow and lead with support behind you
• Academic credit available
