Overview
We seek a Director of Human Resources to lead HR operations for CGL Facility Management (FM) and CGL Justice Services. Reporting to the VP of HRBP & Organizational Development and collaborating with the President of CGL-FM, this role ensures compliance, talent management, and employee engagement.
Responsibilities
Align HR strategies with business objectives.
Ensure compliance with employment laws.
Oversee recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Develop policies, training, and leadership development programs.
Advise leadership on HR matters, including terminations.
Analyze workforce trends and drive HR initiatives.
Travel up to 25% as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s in HR or related field (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of HR management experience.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
Expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
SPHR or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
