Marketing Lead & Growth Engineer

#AintNoBettaThanChiappetta. Chiappetta Shoes has been in business for 104 years and we are looking for individuals to expand our marketing department! We are a great shop looking to do BIG things right now and we need creative, organized, and motivated individuals to help us continue our marketing operations! First and foremost, Chiappetta Shoes is looking for a strong marketing mind, someone that can talk the talk when it comes to SEO, geo-targeting, social marketing campaigns, and guerilla marketing in all forms.

The idea behind our current move is to build out our current marketing team to help us scale Chiappetta Shoes both locally and nationally online, to help scale our second business, Chiappetta Laboratory in both D2C and at wholesale nationally. We are hiring this position as well as a new content creator to go along with our eCommerce position already in place. The primary tasks of this position will be campaign management, content distribution, and collaboration with the rest of the marketing team. This is a great time to join!

Primary Qualifications and Skills:

  • Meta Certified Digital Marketing Associate
  • Google Analytics Certification
  • Google Ads Certification
  • Blog editor management (currently using Bloggle on Shopify).
  • History of prompt engineering for ChatGPT or other AI platforms.
  • Ability to learn footwear and inventory quickly.
  • A love for data and organization.
  • A creative and flexible mind to help come up with amazing content and premier execution.
  • Ability to buy into the Chiappetta Crew, what we do and who we are.

Bonus Marketing Skills :

  • Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and Premier Pro.
  • Hootsuite Platform Certification Course.
  • Klaviyo Product Certificate (email).
  • Manage and execute on a marketing campaign.

SEO Skill Sets:

  • Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization.
  • Performing ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities.
  • Researching and implementing content recommendations for organic SEO success.

The groundwork and infrastructure is set for significant growth to scale our brand, personalities, and knowledge-base to the world! We want winners, hustlers, people that know how to grind and scale Chiappetta Shoes to the next level. We need someone that has a strong background in both marketing and SEO with some knowledge of design. A multi-tool skills background is most preferable (also unicorns... we like unicorns.
