Communications and Creative Coordinator
Objective
The Communications and Creative Coordinator is responsible for administrative support for the Communications, Film and Creative teams. This role reports to the Creative Director and ensures smooth coordination of communication efforts, invoicing and team logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate team meetings and events in Outlook Calendar as directed, including scheduling for the Exec. Director of Digital Discipleship & Communications and the Communications, Film and Creative teams
- Handle all invoicing for the Communications, Film and Creative teams, ensuring timely processing and accuracy
- Coordinate and verify weekly deliveries between Central and campus locations to ensure all materials and assets are properly distributed
- Manage and facilitate bi-weekly Communications, Film and Creative team meetings, including logistics for events, conferences and team travel
- Provide hospitality support for meetings, including lunch-and-learns, offsite gatherings, staff and serve staff birthdays and work anniversaries
- Assist in managing the primary church Communications email inbox, maintaining organization, triaging inquiries, and ensuring timely, relational and gospel-centered responses
- Attend Communications, Film and Creative team meetings and offsites, and occasionally attend All Staff gatherings as scheduling allows
- Perform general administrative duties, supporting the team with internal coordination, documentation and special projects as needed

Education and Experience
- 3-5 years of previous administrative experience required
- Time management, prioritization and multitasking skills required
- Expert interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills required
- Intermediate to expert user of Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Experience utilizing project management platforms, such as Basecamp, preferred
- Proven ability to self-manage
- Knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) preferred
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a part-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Creative Director. Days and hours of work consist of a Monday-Friday workweek. Hours may vary depending on church needs and special projects.
The church has several big events, (“All-Skates”) throughout the year to help further the mission of Eleven22. We encourage you to participate and serve at these events. Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary.
MINISTERIAL EXCEPTION
The ministerial exception furthers the purposes of the Free Exercise and Establishment Clauses of the First Amendment by barring legal claims against church bodies by staff members who perform religious functions. All church pastors are subject to the exception, but a formal ministerial credential is not required. While there is no rigid formula to determine other church staff members that qualify, various factors are considered to determine which staff members are subject to the ministerial exception (please see handbook).
