
Educational Support Intern
Position Overview:
Cincinnati Hillel is seeking a dedicated and organized Educational Support Intern to assist with the recruitment, coordination, and communication of our fellowship programs. This intern will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our educational initiatives by supporting logistics and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruiting participants for fellowship programs during the fall and spring semesters.
- Occasionally photograph fellowship sessions for documentation and promotion.
- Attend fellowship sessions, including some evening programs.
- Take and track attendance during fellowship sessions.
- Maintain communication with Fellowship participants regarding schedules and program updates.
- Set-up and clean-up from fellowship dinners, including having food ready for fellowship dinners and washing dishes.
- Lead icebreakers or other activities, as necessary.’
- Coordinate rides for JLF Shabbat Evening Experiences (one per semester)
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Willingness to reach out to students via text, social media, and other communication channels.
- Previous participation in a Jewish Learning Fellowship: Ask Big Questions cohort.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
Supervision & Reporting:
This position reports to Cincinnati Hillel’s Rabbi Drew
Time Commitment & Compensation:
- This is a part-time, student position during the academic year.
- Compensation is $500 per semester, with a time commitment of 5–7 hours per week.
