Velatropa24Ventures CO (V24V) is a for-profit arts organization with a mission to financially support compounding, synchronized sets of 24 artists. Our services and offerings include investor plans, financial instruments, workshop hosting, co-branded courses and other alternative methods for conducting business. We deliver gamification tools for funding, marketing and managing art projects designed and developed by member-owned businesses. Members in the V24V network are affiliates and business-founders, artists, known as TropaNeurs.
Contract: 8-moon contract (with potential for an extension)

Role Description:
V24V is looking for a Fullstack Web3 Motoko Developer, a whole-systems, focused individual, with the desire to lead the first two phases of designing and building a prototype for the TropaCoinRAO software and mobile application, hosted on the Internet Computer Blockchain. This individual understands mind-heart coherency, knowing which questions to ask and how to ask them, with clear intentions and kind words. The Fullstack Web3 Motoko Developer has a gift for data mining, writing algorithms and code, adding more human-centric, planet-centric, 13-moon logic into digital spaces overpowered by chatbots and artificial intelligence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with V24V’s Chief Creative Directress to design and build phase 0 and phase 1 of the TropaCoinRAO Web3 app, enabling users to spend, trade, exchange and manage TropaCoins and be able to vote on V24V Organizational policies via a liquid democracy protocol with matured, TropaCoin tokens .
- Complete necessary trainings, research, online courses or tutorials to be well-informed on Zoho’s Deluge scripting language and its unique features.
- Complete necessary trainings, research, online courses or tutorials to be well-informed on the TailwindCSS utility-based styling language and its unique features.
- Complete necessary trainings, research, online courses or tutorials to be well-informed on the ReactJS front-end framework, JavaScript language and their unique features.
- Complete necessary trainings, research, online courses or tutorials to be well-informed on the Internet Computer Blockchain’s native backend language, Motoko, and its unique features.
- Complete necessary trainings, research, online courses or tutorials to be well-informed on the Visual Studio Code IDE and its extensions.
- Integrate the Internet Computer’s native authentication service, Internet Identity, into the tropacoin.io website, along with network security and corresponding Web3 and Web2 workflows.
- Manage TropaCoinRAO’s source code and git repositories uploaded on GitHub.
- Be a Role Energizer and Lead Link for the V24V IT Node.
- Stay informed on the latest updates and announcements from the Dfinity Foundation, as it pertains to Web3 protocols and the Internet Computer blockchain.
- Work with Kin in a TropaNeur Tribe to complete group projects and conduct code reviews.
- Complete moonly (periodic) self-assessments to measure job satisfaction, individual mental health, emotional health and group dynamics.
Required Education & Work Experience:
- High-school diploma
- At least 1 year of college experience
- Computer Science major or other related technical, IT field
- Solid understanding of web development, blockchain systems, basic programming logic, APIs and game theory
Signing Bonus: $441
Project-Based Pay: $60 base + (max of 5 approved and completed projects per moon)
Estimated Monthly Pay Range: $215-$1,115 USD
Pay Frequency: Bi-Weekly
