About V24V:
Velatropa24Ventures CO (V24V) is a for-profit arts organization with a mission to financially support compounding, synchronized sets of 24 artists. Our services and offerings include investor plans, financial instruments, workshop hosting, co-branded courses and other alternative methods for conducting business. We deliver gamification tools for funding, marketing and managing art projects designed and developed by member-owned businesses. Members in the V24V network are affiliates and business-founders, artists, known as TropaNeurs.
Contract: 4-moon contract (with potential for an extension)
Location: Remote
Role Description:
V24V is looking for a Digital Dragonfly, an energetic, playful individual to build kinship across digital USA. This individual is a heart-first leader who understands the nature of distributive authority, knowing the right moment to lead but, at the same time, knowing exactly when to follow. The Digital Dragonfly has a gift for communication, transforming bland conversations into attractive opportunities, strengthening existing friendships and converting potential leads into loyal partnerships for V24V and its member businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the V24V brand to family, friends and acquaintances.
- Train and collaborate on projects for V24V, V24V Affiliates and member businesses.
- Be a contributing writer for V24V’s Substack page and the Mythmatics Journal.
- Be a Role Energizer and Lead Link for the V24V Affiliate Team and Sales Node.
- With the relevant skills, energize multiple roles for V24V AlphaNodes and BetaNodes
- Work with Kin in a TropaNeur Tribe to complete group projects.
- Complete moonly (periodic) self-assessments for measuring job satisfaction, individual mental health, emotional health and group dynamics.
Required Education & Work Experience:
- High-school diploma
- At least 1 year of college experience
- Preferred majors or minors: English, Art, Math, Marketing, Business, Physics
Signing Bonus: $100
Project-Based Pay: $20 base + (max of 5 approved and completed projects per moon)
Estimated Monthly Pay Range: $130-$1,130 USD
Pay Frequency: Weekly
KPI Performance-Based Bonus: Per target achieved in each moon (fiscal period)
