We’re growing and need a sharp, hungry SDR to help drive our outbound sales engine in the US market.

What You'll Do:

Research and identify ideal HR, Operations, and C-level contacts in mid-sized US companies (50–500 employees)

Send high-impact cold emails, LinkedIn messages, and occasional cold calls to generate qualified leads

Personalize outreach based on company size, industry, and HR tech stack

Book discovery calls or product demos for our senior sales team

Track all activity in Zoho CRM and collaborate on campaign performance

A/B test messaging and report learnings weekly

Follow up with warm leads from marketing and engage them in the sales funnel

Requirements:

2+ years in outbound SaaS sales, ideally in HR tech or B2B software

Strong written communication and research skills

Experience with modern sales tools (Zoho CRM, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar)

Must be US-based (any time zone okay, but must overlap at least 4 hours with EST)

Self-starter — you’ll work independently and own your numbers

Bonus Points:

Experience selling to HR departments

Familiarity with OKRs, performance reviews, or employee engagement tools

Prior startup experience — you know how to hustle without a huge team behind you

Compensation:

Base pay: $2,500/month

Bonus: $100–$200 per qualified meeting booked, additional incentives for closed deals

6 month intership that can lead to a permanent position
