Every Teaspressa product is handmade in-house in Phoenix, Arizona, and we proudly operate both a DTC/eCommerce business and a wholesale division, with our products now available in over 11,000 retail doors nationwide.

About the Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing & eCommerce to support our digital marketing, eCommerce optimization, and content strategy efforts. This role is ideal for a data-driven and creative individual eager to gain hands-on experience in email marketing (Klaviyo), paid media, social content creation, and website optimization. You will play a key role in engaging our audience, improving our online presence, and driving conversions through strategic marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in email marketing campaigns using Klaviyo, including automation, segmentation, and A/B testing.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and other platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance, create reports, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Assist in optimizing the Shopify storefront for better user experience and conversion rates.
- Conduct SEO research and implement best practices for product pages and website content.
- Develop and schedule engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube Shorts) using tools like Planoly, Later, or Hootsuite.
- Create and edit short-form videos, Reels, and marketing materials aligned with brand campaigns.
- Support A/B testing on website elements, email marketing creatives, and ad performance.
- Engage with the online community by responding to social media comments and messages.
Requirements:
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, eCommerce, or a related field.
- Experience with email marketing platforms (Klaviyo preferred).
- Familiarity with paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, etc.).
- Understanding of Shopify and website optimization principles.
- Basic knowledge of SEO, UX/UI principles, and digital merchandising.
- Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, InShot, etc.) is a plus.
- Strong writing, storytelling, and social media content creation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, track performance, and make strategic recommendations.
