6-MONTH INTERNSHIP DESIGNED TO HELP YOU GROW

Mentorship, peer team collaboration, and real-world application are at the heart of our internships here at Nolia Roots. Our goal is to attract and grow the next generation of builders, shakers, and leaders and inspire them to master their passions. Having a small team allows for an abundance of experience opportunities and client interaction – no coffee runs here!

All internships have an option for academic credit and paid status, depending on skill level.

PHASE 1

Learning & Development | 3 Months

In the first three months, you’ll learn what it takes to excel in the world of marketing and entrepreneurship. Learn the ropes, hear from recent grads about post-grad, and attend guest speaker Lunch and Learns with influential business leaders.

We offer monthly classes based on student interest and review topics such as entrepreneurship, SEO, personal finance, and more.

PHASE 2

Real World Application | 2 Months

Test your skills by taking on more responsibility, apply your learned skill set, and experience what agency life is like in the real world. Execute influential work to help Nolia Roots and our clients flourish and grow.

PHASE 3

Intern Team Client Project | 1 Month

Over the last 5 months, you’ve grown your skill set and gotten to know the other members of your peer internship team – learned their strengths, their talents, and how everyone works together. Now, you’ll collaborate with those peers on a real client project that lasts the last month of your internship. You’ll be able to use this project on any portfolio and speak about your role in future job interviews.
