Role:
🔧 Own the North American product roadmap for smart fleet charging, with a focus on buses and trucks.
📊 Collaborate with product design, development, and technical teams to deliver high-quality product features and improvements.
💬 Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points.
🗣 Manage the feature prioritization process and maintain the Jira board.
🌍 Coordinate across global teams to ensure alignment with company objectives.
🚀 Support Product Marketing as a subject matter expert to communicate the product’s value to the market.
📈 Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide product strategy.

Requirements:
🎓 Previous experience as a Product Manager, especially in software product discovery.
🤝 Proven track record in stakeholder management and communication.
💡 Strong business acumen, particularly in a startup environment.
💻 Ability to quickly learn technical concepts and work with development teams.
🎯 Strong critical thinking skills with a collaborative and creative mindset.
🌍 Passion for the environment and electric mobility.
🌎 Resident of the United States or Canada, living in the Eastern timezone.
