Job Title: Product Manager - Remote (US Based)

Job Description:
A growing tech company is looking for a talented Product Manager to join their dynamic team. This remote role offers the opportunity to manage product lifecycles from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with the company’s growth and customer satisfaction goals. As the Product Manager, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive impactful solutions that meet customer needs and market opportunities.

Role:
🌍 Manage product development through all phases: ideation, validation, shipping, measurement, and iteration.
πŸ“ˆ Build and maintain product roadmaps, focusing on customer engagement, user experience, and market penetration.
πŸ” Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to influence product decisions.
πŸ›  Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, sales, marketing, etc.) to implement product initiatives and ensure successful product releases.
πŸ’‘ Define product requirements and user stories, ensuring clear communication with design and development teams.
πŸ’Ό Evaluate financial aspects of product development, including budgeting and ROI analysis.

Requirements:
πŸ”Ή 3+ years of experience in product management within a software/tech company (SaaS or Cloud experience preferred).
πŸ”Ή Strong experience with Agile product planning tools such as Aha and JIRA.
πŸ”Ή Proven ability to engage with executives and other key stakeholders to support business decisions.
πŸ”Ή Expertise in design-thinking methodologies and experience applying them in product management.
πŸ”Ή Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple departments.
