Project Management Intern

We’re looking for an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our team. In this role, you’ll support the planning and execution of cross-functional initiatives that bring our SaaS and AI-driven products to life. You’ll collaborate with product, engineering, design, and business teams to keep projects on track, manage timelines, and ensure smooth communication across stakeholders.

What You’ll Do:

Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications across multiple teams

Track project progress using tools like Notion, Asana, Trello, or Jira, and ensure timely updates

Help coordinate product development sprints, team check-ins, and milestone reviews

Support internal documentation efforts and ensure alignment across teams on priorities and goals

Identify bottlenecks or risks and work with stakeholders to find solutions

Collaborate with team leads to monitor key project KPIs and improve processes over time

Contribute to the development of templates, playbooks, and workflows for repeatable project success

You Might Be a Good Fit If You:

Are pursuing a degree in Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (or have equivalent experience)

Are highly organized and love managing timelines, to-do lists, and structured workflows

Have strong communication skills and are comfortable working cross-functionally

Enjoy using project management tools like Notion, Asana, Trello, ClickUp, or Jira

Have a basic understanding of Agile/Scrum or product development cycles

Are proactive, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments

Are excited about working with SaaS and AI teams building real-world solutions
