Office Intern

Scoops2U is seeking a motivated office intern to help with our sales, marketing, and accounting functions. Scoops2U is Northern Virginia based caterer focused on corporate events, specializing in ice cream socials and custom baked goods.  

Duties will include:

Assisting the sales manager in identifying and contacting leads for new event bookings. 

Assisting the marketing staff in developing and executing new marketing campaigns.

Working with the accounting staff to assist in data entry and other tasks. 

Occasionally attending catering events and assisting with the operations team. 

Desired skills include:

Strong reading and writing skills. 

Proficiency in Google Suite programs.

Willingness to jump into a variety of tasks and learn on the fly. 

Some design experience through basic programs like Canva is preferred, but not necessary.
