Job Title:   Intern – Business Transformation 

Internship Overview: 

Join our Business Transformation department as an Intern - Business Transformation and play a key role in using data to improve customer satisfaction and streamline operations. This internship is for a final-year student or recent graduate with data analysis skills. They will be collaborating with the department head to shape the customer journey and optimize business processes.

Essential Functions and Duties: 

• Gather, combine, and analyze data from various systems and databases to create a holistic view of our business.
• Develop insightful reports and build interactive dashboards using Power BI to track and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Apply statistical methods to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data, managing deterministic and inferential KPIs to derive meaningful conclusions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs, translate those needs into data analysis plans, and deliver results that drive business value.
• Propose and collaborate with our IT team on the design and creation of databases and data tables to support efficient data management and analysis.
• Identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities within the data to provide actionable insights that improve customer experience and process efficiency.
• Support the monitoring of process performance, customer behavior, and channel performance, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
• Potentially contribute to process automation efforts by programming bots to automate repetitive tasks. This includes analyzing business processes to identify automation opportunities and designing efficient workflows.

Qualifications: 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
• Proficient in Google Suites is a plus. 
• Strong organizational and time management skills. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 
• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
