Business Development Representative
We are currently hiring ambitious Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in the Boston area, Massachusetts (Burlington, MA). Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or Technology.
✅ 0–2 years of experience in sales or business development.
✅ Passion for thriving in fast-paced, multitasking environments.
✅ Skilled in leveraging LinkedIn, Twitter, and other social media platforms.
✅ Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
✅ Bonus: Foundational understanding of Data and AI technology.
What You’ll Do:
· Support the sales team by identifying exciting new business opportunities.
· Engage prospective clients through phone, email, and impactful social media outreach.
· Utilize sales intelligence tools to uncover company and individual opportunities.
· Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute territory-specific growth plans.
· Continuously enhance your skills through weekly team meetings and ongoing training sessions.
The compensation package starts at $40,000 per year, with additional performance-based incentives and commissions. Earnings potential increases based on experience, skills, and contributions to the team’s success.
