Event Greeter

Position Overview:
We are seeking poised and experienced temporary team member to join us for a prestigious 3-week LVMH brand high jewelry event in NYC this April/May. This role requires individuals with exceptional interpersonal skills, an eye for detail, and experience providing impeccable white-glove service to VIP clientele. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for ensuring seamless coordination and efficient execution of all dining arrangements and experiential activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome and greet VIP clients, ensuring an exceptional first impression aligned with the brand
• Oversee and facilitate smooth guest arrivals, departures, and transitions between activities.
• Collaborate closely with event management, catering, and operations teams to deliver flawless, timely execution of dining experiences and event activities.
• Anticipate and proactively address client needs, ensuring a personalized, high-touch guest experience.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in hospitality or events, specifically working with VIP or luxury clientele.
• Strong understanding and delivery of white-glove, high-touch service standards.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to remain calm, professional, and solution-oriented under pressure.
• Proven ability to handle sensitive and high-profile situations with discretion.
