Part-Time Website Designer
DH Noodles is a group of Chinese restaurants that serve authentic northwestern Chinese cuisines mainly based in NYC area. We are looking for a part-time website designer to revamp DH Noodles' website then maintain it regularly. Successfully complete this project may lead to other similar projects and full-time employment.
Responsibilities
- Revamp www.dhnoodles.com with update to date information and individual pages for 15+ locations nationwide
- Maintain website
- Link repairs
- Update content
- Analytics reporting
- Search Engine Optimization
Requirements
- Can dedicate 20+ hours a week to the project
- Proficient with website design platforms such as Wix and WordPress
- Familiar with JavaScript for customized features if necessary
- Bachelor's degree or currently pursuing undergraduate study in technical or business majors related to web design.
- Proactive working habit, look for opportunities to improve the final product
- Capable of drawing insights from data
Preferred qualities
- Ability to read/write Simplified Chinese a plus, not requirement
- Have experience build and manage websites
- Have experience in the hospitality / restaurant industry
- Innovative, not afraid to think outside of the box
