About Us 

Who’s Your Barber is a premier executive grooming lounge in Chicago’s River North, known for precision grooming, style, and innovation. We are seeking a motivated and creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Intern to elevate our online presence. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates in marketing, business, digital media, video production, or design who are eager to gain hands-on experience in branding, content creation, and digital advertising. 

About the Role 

This is a 90-day temporary position with the potential for permanent, full-time employment based on performance and business needs. During this period, you will play a key role in shaping our brand’s digital strategy, engaging with audiences, and driving online growth. 

Key Responsibilities 

🎥 Content Creation: 

• Film, edit, and publish engaging social media content. 

• Assist in creating both standard and 360-degree video content. 

📢 Digital Marketing & Advertising: 

• Develop and execute compelling branding, promotions, and audience engagement strategies.

 • Optimize and manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads to increase visibility and generate leads. 

• Track, analyze, and refine campaign performance for maximum impact. 

📱 Social Media Management:

 • Schedule content, write captions, and strategize posting for optimal engagement.

 • Research industry trends and competitor strategies to keep content fresh and relevant. 

🎨 Creative Collaboration: 

• Work with the design team to develop visually appealing content.

 • Brainstorm innovative ideas to enhance brand storytelling.

 What We’re Looking For 

✔ Strong creativity with a passion for storytelling and digital content.

 ✔ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

 ✔ Knowledge of social media marketing, trends, and analytics tools.

 ✔ Experience or interest in digital advertising, videography, and content creation.

 ✔ Familiarity with marketing, communications, media, film, or related fields.

 ✔ Proficiency with tools like Instagram, TikTok, Canva, CapCut, and Premiere Pro. 

✔ Self-motivated, eager to learn, and ready to contribute innovative ideas.
