Social Media Manager

Job Title: Social Media Manager (Full-time/Part-time)

Location: Miami, Florida (Hybrid remote option available)

Job Overview: Age of Agave is seeking a talented and passionate Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. This position offers both full-time and part-time options, and the right candidate will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in shaping our brand’s voice and online presence. You will work closely with our team of event producers, creators, and advocates to drive engagement and build a meaningful community across multiple social media platforms. This role offers a hybrid remote work option, allowing flexibility to work both in the Miami office and from home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with Age of Agave’s brand values and mission.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Manage and grow Age of Agave’s social media presence by increasing followers, interactions, and brand awareness.
  • Monitor social media trends, industry best practices, and emerging tools to continuously optimize our social media strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to showcase events, projects, and initiatives through captivating storytelling and visual content.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering community engagement.
  • Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports on performance, trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Assist with the promotion of upcoming events, partnerships, and brand activations across digital channels.
  • Ensure all content aligns with Age of Agave’s cultural ethos, focusing on community, tradition, and meaningful connections.
  • Utilize Planly or similar scheduling tools to plan, organize, and optimize social media campaigns and content calendars.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts, ideally within the events, marketing, or creative industries.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok) and their best practices.
  • Experience with content scheduling tools, such as Planly or similar programs, to manage content calendars and optimize posting schedules.
  • Excellent written communication and storytelling skills with an eye for creative content.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Passionate about creating content that connects with diverse audiences and fosters community.
  • Experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Instagram Insights, Google Analytics, Sprout Social) is preferred.
  • A proactive, self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
