Ticket Booth & Gift Shop Associate

Patriots Point Naval & Maritime Museum is looking for friendly and customer-focused individuals to join our team as a Ticket Booth & Gift Shop Associate. If you have great customer service skills, enjoy engaging with guests, and have a passion for history and hospitality, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with ticket purchases and museum information
  • Provide excellent customer service in the gift shop, helping guests with purchases and inquiries
  • Operate a cash register and handle transactions accurately
  • Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized shop
  • Answer questions about museum exhibits, events, and attractions
  • Assist with other tasks as needed to enhance the visitor experience

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle transactions efficiently
  • Basic math and computer skills for register operation
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required
