Position Overview:
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team at MyStandard. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of new features, enhancements, and product strategies for our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to create a seamless user experience and drive the future of decentralized talent acquisition. About the Role

As a Software Engineer at MyStandard.io, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable software solutions. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to build robust applications that enhance user experience and drive business success. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex technical challenges, contribute to architectural decisions, and be part of a highly collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Software Development: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for web and backend applications.
  • System Architecture & Design: Collaborate on system architecture, API design, and database structuring to ensure scalability and performance.
  • Feature Implementation: Develop and integrate new features while ensuring high performance and reliability.
  • Code Review & Best Practices: Participate in code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior developers.
  • Testing & Debugging: Implement automated testing strategies and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure software stability.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, UX/UI design, and business stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies to enhance development processes.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in software development.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or Go.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue.js, or Angular) and backend development (Node.js, Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
  • Strong understanding of databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a passion for building great software.
