Position Overview:
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team at MyStandard. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of new features, enhancements, and product strategies for our platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and business development, to create a seamless user experience and drive the future of decentralized talent acquisition. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on the product roadmap of a cutting-edge Web3 company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with company goals and user needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to define and prioritize product features and improvements.
  • Develop clear and actionable product requirements, user stories, and specifications for new features and enhancements.
  • Continuously assess market trends, user feedback, and competitor products to inform product strategy and decisions.
  • Work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure that product features are developed and delivered according to specifications, on time, and within scope.
  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the highest-impact features are developed first.
  • Use data and analytics to evaluate product performance, monitor KPIs, and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
  • Be the voice of the customer, ensuring that user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) are top priorities in product decisions.
  • Foster cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment and a unified approach to achieving product goals.
  • Monitor and report on product performance, user adoption, and feedback to make data-driven decisions for future iterations.
  • Lead and contribute to regular product reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives with the team.
  • Stay informed about Web3, blockchain technology, and the competitive landscape to continuously innovate and improve MyStandard’s offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a tech, SaaS, or Web3 environment.
  • Strong understanding of Web3 technologies, blockchain, decentralized applications, and tokenomics.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience managing the full product lifecycle, from ideation to launch.
  • Ability to define clear product requirements, user stories, and technical specifications.
  • Strong data-driven mindset, with experience using analytics tools to measure product performance and make data-backed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and clearly articulate product vision and goals.
  • Experience working in an agile development environment and with tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility in product development.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or similar advanced degree is a plus.
