Summer Camp Counselor

At Code Ninjas summer camps, kids ages 5-14 are exposed to a wide variety of technologies and tools through fun, immersive experiences.  

If you are tech-savvy and enjoy working with kids, you could join our diverse team of Code Senseis this summer!  We provide the camp curriculum, tools, and training that you will need to work alongside other like-minded Senseis in a fun environment!

Each week of camp is a different topic taught in our state-of-the-art technology dojo. Kids get to show off their projects at the end of each week.  They build their own video games using block-based and typed coding languages. They build and code robots using the Lego Spike robotics platform.  They express their creativity by modding Minecraft and building their own Roblox games.  They learn 3D design and 3D print their own creations. We have camps for creating a YouTube channel and digital media production.  And of course, we sprinkle in lots of game play and fun activities as the kids enjoy their summer break!

Responsibilities

• Work 20-40 hours per week for at least 6 weeks during the summer
• Facilitate camp programs provided by Code Ninjas
• Support campers as they work on projects
• Set up technology and equipment
• Light cleaning
• Assure safety of children
