Position Overview:
The Copywriter Intern will assist in creating compelling and persuasive written content for various marketing and communication materials. This role focuses on developing copy for digital platforms, websites, blogs, emails, and social media.
This internship is unpaid, designed for educational purposes, and complies with FLSA regulations. It offers valuable exposure to public relations, helping to build a strong foundation for a career in Communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Write and edit content for websites, blogs, emails, and social media.
Collaborate with marketing and design teams to develop content ideas.
Conduct research on industry-related topics and trends.
Proofread and edit copy to ensure clarity, consistency, and style adherence.
Assist in creating engaging headlines and calls to action for campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Ability to adapt tone and style to different audiences.
Familiarity with SEO best practices and keyword research.
Basic understanding of content management systems (CMS).
