What You’ll Do:
Design & Prototype: Create intuitive, user-friendly designs for our POS system, CRM, and Marketing Toolkit. Develop wireframes, prototypes, and final UI designs using Figma. Work closely with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
User Research & Testing: Gather and analyze user feedback to improve UX. Conduct A/B testing and usability studies to optimize features. Work with our team to ensure we build what users actually need.
Collaboration & Strategy: Partner with the product, marketing, and development teams to align design with business goals. Iterate fast—we move quickly, and we need someone who can adapt and execute. Be a key player in our roadmap and contribute to the overall product vision.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience: 2+ years in UI/UX design for SaaS, POS, CRM, or similar software. Strong portfolio showcasing real-world design work.
Skills: Proficient in Figma (Auto Layout, Prototyping, Design Systems). Understanding of front-end development principles (HTML, CSS, React knowledge is a plus). Strong knowledge of UX research methods and accessibility best practices.
